NEOVA Skincare is a highly respected, medically acclaimed, and scientifically distinguished brand. We are experiencing extreme growth and are looking for a strong salesperson. The ideal candidate for Account Executive will be an experienced Inside salesperson confident in identifying opportunities, prospecting new businesses, and meeting with physicians, practice managers, and staff. A strong ability to prospect and follow up on all leads is essential. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a positive track record of exceeding outlined goals and opening new accounts.
*This is an on-site position at our corporate office. Remote work is not available.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with customers within your territory.
- Promote NEOVA to drive sales.
- Drive new business through prospecting and leads.
- Work with the Regional Manager to develop and implement sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Represent the company professionally and have a high degree of knowledge about the medical aesthetics market.
Qualifications
- One of the following business experiences is a must! (Medical Esthetic sales, Skincare sales, medical devices, Laser sales)
- Must be comfortable prospecting new medical accounts.
- Comfortable with CRM sales management software.
- Demonstrate ability to achieve sales goals.
- Strong communication skills and understanding of sales processes.
- Experience in managing a book of business.
- An Aesthetician License is preferred but not required.
